Manoir Desiderata is situated in a small hamlet some 8 km from the thermal town of Casteljaloux, the hamlet is peaceful and very typical of French countryside living. The property sleeps 14 and is made up of 7 ensuite double bedrooms with period and antique furnishings throughout. There is a large heated swimming pool, with a covered terrace attached to the house overlooking the well kept and secluded gardens.

Situated near the town of Casteljaloux the property benefits from good auto-route connections and the airports of Bordeaux and Toulouse.

There are many peaceful and quaint villages with markets and good restaurants in the area along with many activities such as horse riding, golf and an aqua park for the more energetic.

Kitchen / Utility room - A spacious, well equipped and fully fitted kitchen. Facilities include microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine is in the utility room next door. All utensils including cutlery and pots and pans are of good quality.

Lounge - A large open plan lounge with large table seating 14 people. At the very far end is a pool table, exercise machine, darts and several others games. The rest of the lounge is well furnished, with period furniture, cosy sofa's, rugs throughout.

Quiet Room - Small and intimate room very well presented with comfy sofa's, timber beams, wood stove and rugs over earth fired colour tiled floor.

Bedrooms 5-7 - Spacious bedrooms with ensuite facilities accessed from the large lounge area. Two of these rooms look out over the rear meadow and the woods. The other one opens onto the pool and woods.

Mezzanine - Overlooking the large lounge area and provides access to three of the bedrooms.

Bedrooms 1-4 - Accessed from the mezzanine walkway these four bedrooms are all beautifully furnished with lots of old beams and sand coloured "pierre apparentes" stone walls. All have ensuite facilities.

Swimming Pool - Within a few strides of the house, the heated pool is floodlit at night along with several other lights placed around the surrounding ground. Comfortable loungers and outside furniture are all around the pool.

Terrace - Large covered outside terrace attached to the house with large table, comfy seating and built in BBQ.
