Manoir Coutenson is situated in a small hamlet some 8 km from the thermal town of Casteljaloux, the hamlet is peaceful and very typical of French countryside living. The property sleeps 16 and is made up of 8 ensuite double bedrooms with period and antique furnishings throughout. There is a large heated swimming pool, covered terrace and games room all set in well kept secluded gardens.

Situated near the town of Casteljaloux the property benefits from good auto-route connections and the airports of Bordeaux and Toulouse.

There are many peaceful and quaint villages with markets and good restaurants in the area along with many activities such as horse riding, golf and an aqua park for the more energetic.

Kitchen / Utility room - Spacious fitted kitchen with French style units, made of solid oak and large table. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer. All utensils including cutlery and pots and pans are of good quality.

Lounge - Large double aspect lounge area with 2 fire places and period and antique furniture. Ample seating, digital satellite tv.

Dining Room - Large formal dining table seating 16 people. Large open fireplace and views out over the pool area.

Bathroom - Roll top bath and basin with separate toilet.

Bedroom 7 - Spacious bedroom accessed from the hallway or lounge. Bathroom and toilet facilities are just outside off the large hallway.

Bedrooms - Six lovely bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, fully carpeted and finely furnished. (One bedroom only has its toilet positioned outside the room, due to plumbing difficulties).

Upstairs hallway - Polished floor with, lovely rugs, antique desk and chair with a window overlooking front garden.

Swimming Pool - Large heated pool which is flood lit at night. The pool is fully fenced with sunloungers and parasoles.

Terrace - Large covered outside terrace adjacent to the pool with large table seating 16 people and built in BBQ.

Games room - Located at the end of the terrace there is a pool table, darts, exercise machines and other children's games.

Tower - Attached to the main house but accessed via it's own door is a self contained tower with small lounge area downstairs and ensuite double bedroom upstairs.
