We are not just another website that wants to advertise thousands of self catering properties. We are here to offer high quality properties that prospective clients can take a virtual walk around with the aid of the virtual tour and therefore make their own informed decisions.

Timeless Retreats was setup to provide prospective holiday makers with a platform with which they can they can make their own informed decisions as to the suitability of a particular property. The way in which this is achieved is with the aid of the virtual tour. Each property on Timeless Retreats must therefore have a virtual tour otherwise our website would not fulfil it's aims and would therefore become just another of the many holiday property websites already on the net.

We will then contact you to arrange a date for our photographer to visit your property and create your virtual tour. We will also email you our property application form so you can tell us all about your property. This information will then be used to create your web page.

We aim to visit properties in the quieter periods of the season as we will need access to your property for a couple of hours or so in order to take the required photographs and create your floor plan. We therefore appreciate your flexibility when arranging a date for our visit.

We are not able to send our photographer out to single visits. Properties are generally visited outside of the busy summer season when we can visit several properties in the region at the same time. Traveling to different properties all over france is very costly and we therefore organise trips that cover several properties in order to reduce our costs. This then enables us to keep our fees that we charge you down. We therefore ask for your flexibility when we arrange a date for our visit.

We always try to visit your property at a time that is best suited to you. However as our trips to each region are costly we are not able to arrange a single visits to a region. We will of course try to be flexible ourselves but if you are unable to agree to a visit when we are in your region then we will contact you when we are next in your region.

Our photographer will need access to the rooms which you have requested for your virtual tour. As our photographer will be visiting other properties the same day we ask that you have each room ready and setup as you wish it to be photographed upon our arrival. If the property is not ready or the photographer can not gain access to complete your virtual tour in the allocated time then you may be charged for us to return to your property to complete the tour.
Our photographer will typically be on site for around 2-3 hours but this depends on how many rooms you are having photographed and whether you require us to produce your floor plan.

We are not able to postpone or change the date of our visit due to bad weather. All internal scenes can still be photographed. Outside scenes will still be photographed unless it is raining.

Without virtual tours Timeless Retreats would not exist. Organising our visits to properties is time consuming and costly. We therefore ask for a deposit so that we can still cover some of our costs if you decide to pull out once we have arranged and paid for our travel, hotels and photographer.

Our virtual tours when purchased as part of our advertising package are great value for money. Virtual tour costs are a one off payment at the beginning of your first year of advertising. For following years you will only be charged the annual advertising fee.
