In order to produce your 360° Virtual Tour we will need to visit your property to take the required photographs. Our pricing structure is therefore made up as follows:

Year one - Virtual Tour Setup and Advertising Costs - This is a one off fee paid only at the beginning of your first year. This covers your first 12 months advertising, all the costs involved in visiting your property, taking the photographs and producing your 360 virtual tour.

Year two onwards - This is a yearly fee which is payable at the beginning of each years advertising period.

All Virtual Tour visits are completed on a block basis by region. For Virtual Tours outside of our scheduled visits, travel and hotel expenses will be charged accordingly. Quotes supplied on request.

If you would like to go ahead and advertise your property on Timeless Retreats then please fill out our advertising contact form. We will then contact you to arrange a date for our photographer to visit your property and create your virtual tour. We will also email you our property application form so you can tell us all about your property. This information will then be used to create your web page.

We will create and post your property advertisement on Timeless Retreats once we have received your completed property form and a date has been arranged for your virtual tour.

NB- You are only charged the Virtual Tour setup fee at the beginning of your first year of advertising. For subsequent years you are therefore only charged the annual advertising renewal rate. If however significant changes are made to your property (ie. refurbishment) we would advise you to contact us to discuss updating your Virtual Tour so potential clients are constantly offered the correct details.
